Look at the Monday Program ahead of time so that you know what options you will have while in the Cave.

Entry Process

  1. Everyone is expected to be outside around 4:15 PM. The Haven Cave Supervisor will overseeing the entry process.
  2. Be prepared to take your shoes off and leave them next to the wall where the blue chalkboard is.
  3. Be prepared to leave your jacket by the glass window at the Thumos Corner.
  4. Villagers are expected to present their ticket, or pay at the door, and enter The Haven Cave immediately in order to set up their corner or spot before 4:30 PM.
  5. Nomads are expected to present their ticket, or pay at the door, and enter The Haven Cave before 4:30 PM.
  6. The Haven Cave Supervisor will lock the front door at 4:45 PM.
  7. Late comers must knock on the door or the glass wall for late entry.

Nomad Process

  1. Look at the Monday Program ahead of time so that you know what options you will have while in the Cave.
  2. After coats and shoes are taken care of, it’s free time.
  3. When shows begin, please respect the center stage.
  4. When shows end, free time begins again, feel free to check whatever corners seem interesting.

Corner Process

  1. Go to your corner before the start time.
  2. Be prepared to interact with nomads at your corner during the free time when there are no live performances.
  3. Plan to finish your interaction before the next show begins.
  4. Only interact with nomads if they require your services.

Spot Process

  1. Go to your spot before the start time.
  2. Be prepared to interact with nomads at your spot during the free time when there are no live performances.
  3. Plan to finish your interaction before the next show begins.
  4. Only interact with nomads if they require your services.

Show Process

  1. Request necessary tech before the event day.
    1. I.e. microphones, speakers, etc.
  2. Use the backstage area as needed to prepare for the event.
  3. 4:30-4:45 is when the Cave Supervisor can set up any necessary tech for the shows.
  4. At your appointed show time, the Cave Supervisor will make an announcement signalling the end of slot time.
  5. Your show is 10 minutes long.
  6. At the 1 minute remaining mark the Cave Supervisor will put one finger in the air to signal you that your time is almost up.
  7. At the end of the show time the Cave Supervisor will put up 10 fingers to signal 10 seconds remaining.
  8. Once the 10 minute mark is up the Cave Supervisor will announce that free time is back in session.
